ARRIBA, Colo. -- A tiny town on Colorado's Eastern Plains has a colorful past, given what happened during its creation.

The fella who created Arriba wanted to make it a dry, wholesome community with absolutely no alcohol.

It sounded dandy to the town's residents, then another fella came along who wanted booze. What happened next left the town divided.
